Uses: 
In Molecular biology, Diagnostic reagents, Reagent for magnesium, lithium, lead and uric acid, emulsifier for foods.

Industrial Uses : Water softners, boiler water compounds, detergent, metal cleaner, paint removers, industrial cleaners.
