Alclean Safe

Area of Use:

It is a cleaning product that ensures safe tank washing applications with no toxic ingredients and thanks to its inhibitors. It can be applied on any kind of tank surface and delivers excellent results during removal of vegetable animal oils from tanks with sensitive metal, aluminum and zinc coated surfaces.

Usage:

1) Circulation Method: Alclean Safe is turned into a solution by dilution with water at 3-5% inside circulation tank. Its application is enough to clean 3 up to or 4 tanks, while the solution recipe with Alclean Safe depends on the contamination level and the number of tanks. Surfaces are rinsed with water following application.

2) Injection Method: Alclean Safe should be dosed at 2-5% for each ton of washing water manually or with a dosing pump. The solution temperature during washing phase should be between 65 and 80 °C. Following application, surfaces are immediately rinsed with water at the ambient temperature.

Safety Measures:

Use protective glasses and gloves during application. Pulverized state is not to be inhaled. The product is irritant. Under no circumstances should it be swallowed. In case of ingestion, consult a doctor. Do not bring into contact with skin. In case of exposure, wash your skin and eyes with water and soap. Consult a doctor if necessary.
