It is a tank cleaning product with efficient oil removing qualities which is used for the removal of dry and semi-dry oils from stainless steel, epoxy and polyurethane tanks.    

Area of Use:

It is a tank cleaning product with efficient oil removing qualities which is used for the removal of dry and semi-dry oils from stainless steel, epoxy and polyurethane tanks. It may also be used for cleaning oily contamination on depot surfaces following PBC, coal and pet-coke drainage. Alclean may be used for a vast array of purposes such as disinfection and deodorization of tanks after vegetable and animal freightage or deodorization following a solvent-based tank cleaner.

Qualities and Benefits:

- The product is an alkaline tank cleaner with highly efficient cleaning qualities, containing biodegradable surfactants and cleaners.
- Non-inflammable
- It doesn’t contain hazardous chemicals
- It doesn’t have a corrosive effect on ferro-metal or epoxy tanks.
- Quickly penetrates deep into and cleans animal and vegetable oils inside the tank
- Easily rinsable leaving no residues on tank surfaces
- IMO certified.

Usage:

1) Circulation method: Alclean should be turned into a solution by 1-3 % dilution in the PBC circulation tank. Its application is enough to clean 3 up to or 4 tanks, while the solution recipe with Alclean depends on the contamination level and the number of tanks.  Surfaces are rinsed with water following application

2) Injection Method: Alclean should be mixed with a ration of 3 to 5 liters for each ton of washing water manually or with a dosing pump. The solution temperature during the PBC tank washing phase should be between 70 and 80 °C. Following application, surfaces are immediately rinsed with water at the ambient temperature.

Safety Measures:

Use protective glasses and gloves during application. Pulverized state is not to be inhaled. The product is irritant. Under no circumstances should it be swallowed. In case of ingestion, consult a doctor. Do not bring into contact with skin. In case of exposure, wash your skin and eyes with water and soap.  Consult a doctor if necessary.
