<em><span style="font-family:georgia,serif;"><span style="font-size:16px;">Stain in mixture of 50 mL of Jenner Stain Solution, 75 ml of pH 6.6 Phosphate Buffer solution and 175 mL deionized water for 5 minutes. Rinse in standing deionized water for 1.5 minutes, or rinse briefly in running deionized water. Air dry smears.</span></span></em></p>
